Ravenscourt House Hotel Cancellation
Policy
1. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel less than 48 hours before 4pm (Uk Time) on your arrival date you will be charged for the booking value of your first night’s stay. No shows i.e. no cancellation advised are charged for the full booking value and where you have occupied a room and your stay is cut short, a charge for the full value of the remaining nights is made.
In addition to the above, a £10.00 Administration Fee applies if a reservation is cancelled and these amounts will be charged to the card number used to book the room(s) originally. It is advisable to cover cancellation charges made with appropriate Travel Insurance.
2. ROOM RATES
Where a Room Rate is quoted for multiple occupancy of a bedroom – e.g. Triple and Family Rooms, this is the amount chargeable even if numbers occupying the bedroom are reduced.
3 PAYMENTS BY CHEQUE
We regret that we no longer accept payment for accommodation by cheque – Travellers’ Cheques excepted.
4. NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSITS
A 10% non-returnable deposit is payable on booking where indicated.
5. NON SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT
Your attention is respectfully drawn to the fact that a strict no smoking policy applies to the whole house including bedrooms.
6. BEDROOMS
All our bedrooms have En-Suite Facilities i.e. w.c. washand basin and shower, except Room 2 which has a Separate Private Bathroom. Rooms 7 & 8 are located on the 2 nd Floor and there is no lift.
We reserve the right to vary the above room details at our discretion.
